Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist for AI training projects. You will apply hands-on EMR/EHR knowledge to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows.

This remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and the chance to influence AI models used in healthcare. You will work independently and provide expert feedback on system configuration, clinical processes, and EHR best practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EMR/EHR implementation experience.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Apply EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated clinical content.
• Review AI outputs on system configuration, clinical process design, and EHR best practices.
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI healthcare content.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to improve model accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Work independently and asynchronously on a remote schedule.
