Alignerr is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to evaluate AI systems for healthcare applications. You will leverage expertise in EHR, clinical workflows, and healthcare data to shape AI understanding and decision making.

The role is an hourly contract, fully remote, with 10–40 hours per week. You will analyze AI outputs, identify errors, and provide structured feedback while collaborating across clinical and IT domains.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation and reporting.
• Familiarity with health information standards and clinical or administrative workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to quality evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, clinical workflows, and EHR systems for accuracy and quality.
• Review AI responses involving health information systems, data pipelines, and clinical decision-making for correctness and clinical relevance.
• Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe reasoning in AI-generated healthcare content and provide structured, expert feedback.
• Apply knowledge of EHR platforms, reporting tools, and operational health data to benchmark AI performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule.
