Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of work experience in healthcare analytics.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare claims and authorizations data to identify patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and organize data sources.
• Interpret results and present data as a compelling narrative for leaders.
• Apply statistical modeling and analytics to solve problems and guide decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights aligned to business needs.
• Provide project status updates and allocate time by task.
• Coordinate analytics work and mentor staff or consultants to ensure timely delivery.
