Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in healthcare.
• Experience with clinical data (EHRs, claims, billing) and large-scale data systems.
• Exposure to CMS/HEDIS regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translates business needs into data and reporting requirements.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets healthcare data from multiple sources.
