BerryDunn is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our State Government Practice Group and support engagement services and workstreams for the Guam DPHSS client. The role focuses on coordinating project operations, maintaining artifacts, and supporting RAID tracking, status reporting, and documentation across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with clients and BerryDunn teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, health administration, project management, public health, health and human services, or related field.
1–3 years experience supporting state health and human services agencies, public health agencies, or PMO functions.
Experience with meeting coordination, work planning, status reporting, trackers, risk/issue tracking, and deliverable support.
Ability to create clear, professional work products (notes, reports, agendas, trackers, presentations).

Mansioni

Organize, plan, schedule, and coordinate project meetings across global time zones.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up materials capturing key points and decisions.
Assist with development and distribution of project status reports and trackers.
Maintain and track action items, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and schedules.
Document meeting notes and follow-up items; ensure timely follow-up on needs.
Communicate clearly with clients, BerryDunn teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
