The role supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with in-office requirements four days weekly for Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area hires.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare (billing, coding, auditing claims).
• 2+ years of experience analyzing large data sets.
• 1+ years of SQL experience (PL/SQL, Teradata, MySQL).
• 1+ years of experience with claims processing or adjudication systems.
• Understanding of healthcare payment methodologies, policies, and coding.

Responsibilities

• Identify savings initiatives driving measurable results.
• Collaborate with multiple clients on pre- and post-pay analytics.
• Develop and deliver payment integrity initiatives for clients.
• Mentor Analytic Development Consultants.
