Job summary

Dandelion Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced project manager to drive complex work across teams and organizations. You will plan carefully, communicate clearly with engineers and executives, and treat documentation as core infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll oversee data extraction and de-identification with health system partners and serve as the main operations contact. You’ll report to the Chief Network Officer and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful large-scale project management across programs.
• Builder mindset toward operations; automate partner reporting and updates.
• Experience with engineering and data teams; able to scope data tasks.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, capable of working independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel to multiple health system partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data extraction roadmaps across health systems.
• Build relationships with health system partners and be the primary ops contact.
• Work autonomously, driving cross-functional data and engineering teams.
• Foster collaboration and motivate team members to hit goals.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain documentation: status, timelines, resource plans for stakeholders.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executives.
