Job summary

Dandelion Health AI seeks an experienced project manager to drive complex data extraction initiatives across multiple health system partners. You will plan, communicate with engineers and executives, and treat documentation and tracking as core infrastructure.

You will lead data extraction and de-identification programs, serve as the primary operations contact for partners, and help ensure timely delivery while navigating privacy and compliance constraints.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Builder mindset to streamline operations with AI tools.
• Experience with engineering and data teams; familiarity with JIRA/Salesforce/Excel.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop data extraction roadmaps across health systems.
• Serve as the primary ops contact for Dandelion partnerships.
• Drive autonomous cross-functional delivery with internal and external teams.
• Foster collaborative team environment and motivate members.
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and executives.
