Zusammenfassung

Dandelion Health is seeking a healthcare data scientist to partner with clients, curate multimodal datasets, and drive AI-ready analytics from design to delivery. You will work with EHR data, imaging, and other clinical data to generate rapid insights and robust Real-World Evidence.

The role emphasizes ownership of study design, data curation strategies, and communication of results to stakeholders, including leadership and external audiences.

Qualifikationen

• M.S. or PhD in Biomedical Informatics, Data Science, Biostatistics, or a related field, or a B.S. with extensive experience.
• Experience in client interaction, crafting proposals, and leading teams.
• Background in statistical modeling and real-world data analysis.
• Fluency in Python and SQL.
• 1+ years extracting, curating, and analyzing data in HIT/healthcare ecosystem (EMR, claims, registry).
• Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in startups is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with clients to develop analytic solutions that create value across business areas.
• Design statistical analysis plans for evidence generation projects, including methodology and outputs.
• Query complex health data sources (EMRs, ECG, DICOM) to map data elements for high-quality datasets.
• Develop descriptive, predictive, and causal models for evidence generation and data products.
• Summarize methods and results for internal and external audiences, including conferences and publications.
• Support all phases of SQL/analytical programming, data management, quality control, and reporting.
