Job summary

Ascend Medical is seeking a Full-Time Health Concierge focused on senior care. This remote role supports ALF patients and inbound inquiries, guiding families from first contact to appointment scheduling and portal setup.

Candidates with CMA or higher credentials and experience with healthcare systems, insurance verification, and EHR/Salesforce are preferred. Georgia or Central/Mountain TZ availability supports extended hours.

Qualifications

• Clinical background required; CMA certification or higher strongly required.
• Experience with senior populations, Assisted Living, or primary care is valued.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and healthcare systems.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for senior care patients and families.
• Schedule new patient appointments via phone and future digital channels.
• Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain patient cost responsibility.
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR and Salesforce.
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams regarding patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on Ascend services and how to access care.
• Provide compassionate, high-touch service tailored to senior populations.
• Support scheduling needs for Assisted Living Facilities, including later-hour coverage when needed.
