Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking an Expert Coach II (DPP) to support whole-person coaching for members with chronic conditions, especially diabetes.

You will educate, motivate, and empower members to self-manage, applying evidence-based practices and Motivational Interviewing to improve health outcomes. The role includes content development, collaboration with teams, and opportunities for cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification required and maintained with CEUs.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Evidence-based coaching principles applied to practice.

Responsibilities

• Empowers members to self-manage chronic conditions.
• Assess and tailor education to individual needs and motivation.
• Apply Motivational Interviewing in a member-centered approach.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• Contribute to content development (handouts, videos, podcasts, presentations).
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and share knowledge.
