Qualifications

• Must hold NBC-HWC certification and maintain CEU credits.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Diabetes management knowledge required; CDC Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empower members to self-manage chronic conditions.
• Assess needs, skills, barriers, and motivation to tailor education and coaching.
• Apply Motivational Interviewing in a member-centered approach.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required (online/in-person).
• Support scheduling and coaching utilization to meet member needs.
• Mentor less-experienced coaches and provide feedback.
• Contribute to content development (handouts, videos, podcasts, presentations).
• Stay current on best practices in whole-person coaching and share knowledge across the team.
