Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Health Cloud Solution Architect to lead Salesforce Health Cloud engagements for healthcare clients. You will design scalable, compliant architectures aligning business and clinical needs, and translate requirements into actionable implementation guidance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions, manage data, integrations, and regulatory considerations, and drive measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting or architecture
• 2+ years Health Cloud hands-on experience
• Healthcare payer/provider or pharma knowledge
• HIPAA and PHI handling understanding
• Experience with EHR integrations (MuleSoft or equivalent)
• Ability to translate design to business value

For our client, we are seeking a Health Cloud Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead solution design efforts for healthcare-focused Salesforce engagements, with a strong emphasis on creating scalable, compliant architectures that support business and clinical needs. You will partner closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and client leaders to shape end-to-end solutions that translate requirements into clear implementation guidance. The position calls for someone who can connect design decisions to measurable business value while navigating healthcare data, integrations, and regulatory considerations. It is a hands‑on architecture role for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, discovery, and delivery.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud in healthcare engagements
• Conduct discovery and design sessions with stakeholders across healthcare sectors
• Document and maintain functional design artifacts for Health Cloud projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the design process
• Collaborate with technical leads to shape end-to-end architecture
• Translate designs for build teams and support deployment processes
• Define roles and responsibilities for data access and compliance with clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis, including 2+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
• Direct healthcare experience with knowledge of payers, providers, medical devices, or pharma
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI handling specific to Salesforce design
• Expertise in Health Cloud data model and features
• Track record of leading design sessions and documenting decisions
• Experience with integrations to EHRs and healthcare systems using MuleSoft or similar
• Ability to connect solution outcomes with business value through storytelling
