Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead Health Cloud architecture for the Provider Network Management team. This role will bring in-house expertise to reduce external consulting reliance and guide long-term Salesforce roadmap.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on Health Cloud experience, OmniStudio familiarity, and strong stakeholder management. Certifications and leadership skills are required to drive scalable Salesforce solutions across
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and configuration initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Stay updated with Salesforce features and technologies.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and create prototypes.
- Highlight risks and guide product management on key issues.
