Job summary

ATDEV Talent is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join a long-term healthcare project in the United States. In this role, you will design and lead the end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business goals. You should have a minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience and 1 year with Salesforce Health Cloud, along with expertise in Apex and LWC. Strong English communication skills are essential as you will collaborate directly with the US-based client.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (C1/C2) required for communication with US client.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on mid-to-large scale Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and tools like MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of healthcare data models and HIPAA compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end solution architecture on Salesforce.
• Serve as the primary technical authority for development teams and stakeholders.
• Lead implementations and configurations in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Define development standards and data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate integration solutions with external systems.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.
• Manage the technical relationship with the client.
