Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to support hospitals in maximizing insurance payments. You will bill and investigate commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims, and help reduce denials while maintaining accuracy across UB04 and 1500 HCFA submissions.

This role includes comprehensive training, remote-work flexibility, and required on-camera participation. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using EPIC and Microsoft Office to manage claims and deliver excellent client

Qualifications

• Has experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Knows how to file correct UB04's and 1500 HCFA's with subrogation information to payers for payment.
• Having a familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Conducts timely follow-up activities to determine claim status and collect and/or provide information to resolve the claim.
• Has experience working in EPIC.
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Possess technical proficiency to work on multiple computer screens and software applications simultaneously.
• Can maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to ensure maximum payment from insurance companies for our clients.
• Research unresolved claims and follow up to facilitate payment for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid claims.
• Produce denial reports, audits, and provide overall support to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with payers and providers as needed.
