Job summary

Revecore is hiring a Health Claims Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments from commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid on behalf of hospitals and medical providers.

You will participate in comprehensive training, use EPIC and MS Office, and work in a fast-paced environment with performance metrics. A private home office and secure internet are required.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Familiarity with filing UB04s and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information to payers.
• Knowledge of billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Ability to conduct timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve claims.
• Experience working in EPIC.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask across screens and software.
• Ability to maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for hospitals and medical providers.
• Follow up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Prepare and review denial reports, audits, and provide team support.
• Contribute to the team with various denial reports and ongoing support.
