Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business, HR, finance or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-standardization initiatives and design best-practice processes.
• Own end-to-end delivery for new products, implementations, and change programs.
• Conduct requirements analysis and translate business needs into processes and tools.
• Develop and maintain process assets: maps, SOPs, templates, dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with operations, IT, product, and compliance.
• Measure outcomes with KPIs and report value additions like cycle-time and cost savings.
• Coach team members on Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
• Support change management with communication plans and training materials.
