Qualifications

• 7+ years in web, digital marketing, or growth with owned web estate.
• Proven track record improving conversion on owned properties.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO and AI-answer discoverability.
• Experience directing engineering delivery without owning the team.
• Strong knowledge of web compliance and tracking governance.
• Analytics fluency to defend web performance numbers.
• Ability to manage a roadmap across multiple pillars.

Responsibilities

• Own four web properties’ performance, conversion and delivery.
• Define sequencing of website build work with Engineering.
• Coordinate with Design on visual work for the estate.
• Ensure cookie consent and tracking governance are compliant.
• Improve GEO and AI-answer discoverability alongside traditional search.
• Deliver the web roadmap and drive demand and engagement funnels.
