Job summary

Amwell is seeking a senior marketing web strategist responsible for owning the corporate web estate across four properties: SilverCloud, business.amwell.com, patients.amwell.com, and LiveHealthOnline. You will drive performance, conversions, and compliance while shaping the web roadmap and coordinating with Engineering and Design.

Success is measured by conversion improvements, property performance, and governance coverage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in web, digital marketing, or growth with direct ownership of a web estate
• Track record of moving a conversion measure on owned properties
• Technical SEO depth and engagement with GEO and AI-answer discoverability
• Experience directing engineering delivery without owning the engineering resource
• Web compliance and tracking governance experience, including consent management
• Analytics fluency sufficient to defend web numbers
• Ability to hold a roadmap across competing stakeholder demands from multiple pillars

Responsibilities

• Own the four web properties with focus on performance, conversion, and delivery
• Improve GEO and AI-answer discoverability across properties
• Define and sequence website build and development work with Engineering
• Coordinate with Design on visual work for the estate
• Deliver the web roadmap and demonstrate its value to business goals
• Ensure tracking compliance across the estate
• Balance scope boundaries with pillar ownership of content and messaging
