Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a Head of US Market to build and scale the U.S. presence for multiple fashion brands. You will own the U.S. e-commerce and operations, starting with DTC channels and Shopify storefronts, while expanding into wholesale and retail partnerships.

The role requires entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership to launch, grow, and operate in a fast-moving U.S. market with strong cross-functional collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading DTC e-commerce in the U.S.
• Hands-on Shopify experience
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Experience managing multiple brands or digital storefronts
• Strong understanding of U.S. digital commerce and customer behavior
• Data-driven mindset translating KPIs into actions
• Familiarity with U.S. fashion wholesale ecosystem
• Exposure to inventory, fulfillment and 3PLs
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. launch and growth of the brands starting with DTC e‑commerce
• Own day-to-day performance of multiple Shopify storefronts
• Oversee site merchandising, content, promotions and product launches
• Drive traffic, conversion, revenue and profitable growth
• Coordinate with 3PL and operational partners for inventory and fulfillment
• Serve as primary owner of day-to-day U.S. operations
• Develop and execute strategies for introducing brands to U.S. consumers
• Collaborate with global teams on brand positioning and campaigns
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and market penetration
• Build U.S. wholesale presence with showrooms and retailers
• Support evolution from e-commerce to wholesale and retail as needed
