Novonesis is seeking a remote-based Manager of Technical Service for Ruminant Animal Health to lead a team delivering scientific support across North America. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and Innovation to translate science into measurable value for dairy, beef, and forage customers.

You will shape technical strategy, coach talent, and drive customer success while representing the company at industry events and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• PhD, DVM, or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ruminant Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, animal health, technical services, research, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Establish clear priorities, objectives, and development plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management, and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers, nutritionists, veterinarians, consultants, and industry influencers across North America.
• Support product launches, technical positioning, customer education, and scientific communications.
• Oversee technical trials, field validation programs, and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences, customer events, and professional associations.
