Qualifications

• Significant experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or headhunting.
• Proven ability to identify and recruit high-quality passive candidates.
• Exceptional sourcing across LinkedIn, databases, networks, referrals, direct outreach, and creative channels.
• Strong ability to pitch opportunities and generate candidate interest.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
• Experience managing recruiting processes from intake to offer.
• Solid understanding of recruiting strategy, pipelines, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of U.S. recruiting compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for the company.
• Personally source and recruit across varied roles.
• Hunt passive candidates and build active pipelines.
• Develop creative sourcing for hard-to-fill roles and competitive markets.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates.
• Partner with leaders to define role requirements and ideal profiles.
• Improve speed, quality, and candidate experience across processes.
• Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs and tooling.
