PowerLines is seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Policy, a remote, senior, hands-on role based in the United States. You will build and lead the Policy Team, shape annual policy strategy, and drive engagement with governors, state legislators, and energy offices.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of policy experience in state or federal arenas.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.
• Successful multi-state legislative or policy campaigns.
• Strong relationships with governors’ offices and policymaker networks (NGA/NCSL).
• Experience working across the political spectrum in nonpartisan contexts.
• Experience building and managing coalitions with diverse partners.
• Comfort building systems in a startup environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; able to present complex policy clearly.
• Hands-on contributor on a small, rapidly growing team.
