PowerLines is seeking a Head of Regulatory to lead the regulatory strategy before state public utilities commissions and major dockets. This senior, hands-on role will build and lead a growing regulatory team, advising on regulatory strategy, advocacy, and external engagements.

The Head of Regulatory will collaborate with policy and communications teams to shape energy affordability policy and influence outcomes on a national scale.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in utility regulation, preferably with public utilities commissions or advocacy groups.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-state regulatory campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of energy policy, ratemaking, resource planning, and regulatory processes.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a growing regulatory team and develop PowerLines' annual regulatory strategy.
• Engage with state commissions, dockets, rate cases, and rulemakings; guide advocacy.
• Build coalitions, oversee regulatory collaborations, and advise executive leadership.
• Represent PowerLines with commissioners, advocates, media, and partners.
• Track regulatory developments and contribute to regulatory products and playbooks.
