PowerLines is seeking a Head of Regulatory to lead the newly formed Regulatory Team and advance its strategy before utility regulatory bodies. The role is remote-based with 10–20% travel and reports to the Founder and Executive Director.

You will shape PowerLines' regulatory engagements, supervise full-time and part-time staff, and build coalitions with consumer advocates and partners to influence rate cases and policy outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience leading regulatory teams in energy or utility sectors.
• Ability to engage with public utilities commissions (PUCs) and navigate rate cases and rulemakings.
• Strong communication skills for external representation and coalition-building.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Regulatory Team and develop PowerLines' annual regulatory strategy and calendar.
• Engage with state PUCs on rate cases, IRP proceedings, and rulemakings; build partnerships and coalitions.
• Direct engagement strategy, including media outreach and policy advocacy; mentor junior staff.
