Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Experience owning one channel while supporting another.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Turnaround success with a documented metric change.
• Comfortable leading client-facing discussions and reviews.
• Agency experience handling multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Lead PPC and SEO teams and set the quality bar for work delivered.
• Oversee audits, reporting standards, and client communications.
• Direct budgeting and channel strategy for scalable accounts.
• Own client-facing calls when accounts underperform and provide direction.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
