Blacksmith Agency LLC is scaling its marketing division to support a growing portfolio of PPC and SEO clients. As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This hybrid role blends strategic planning with execution, joining sales calls, overseeing internal and external specialists, and building performance roadmaps to ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel marketing strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Proficient with Google Ads, GA4 and keyword research tools.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients and sales teams.
• Track record of overseeing delivery quality and managing execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope, pitch technical recommendations and help close deals.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, bidding structures, keyword strategies and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee on-page and technical SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
