Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• One turnaround you can discuss with metrics and who acted on it.
• Comfortable owning client-facing responsibility when accounts underperform.
• Agency experience handling many accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall performance marketing function for PPC and SEO.
• Lead the PPC and SEO strategists, setting quality standards and reviews.
• Shape channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Be the client-facing owner on underperforming accounts and drive fixes.
• Collaborate with sales to define credible deliverables before selling.
• Lead hiring and first-round interviews for the team.
