Highwire is seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to lead payroll, benefits, 401(k) and leave administration for a multistate workforce. You will partner with Finance on reconciliations, forecasting and cost analyses while ensuring compliance and strong controls.

The role blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, data storytelling and vendor management across brokers, carriers and internal teams. Hybrid work in SF/NYC possible.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of multistate payroll, benefits, leave administration and HR systems experience.
• Proven ability to administer Rippling payroll and related tax setups.
• Strong analytics, reporting and data governance capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end payroll administration for multistate workforce with compliance.
• Lead benefits strategy, plan design, modeling and employee communications.
• Manage 401(k) administration, audits and compliance activities.
• Oversee leave-of-absence administration across states and programs.
• Build advanced people analytics dashboards and executive-ready insights.
• Own People systems configuration, workflows and integrations with Rippling.
