You will own the coaching delivery channel strategy, operating model, and performance, leading a distributed team of Coach Managers and 40+ Money Canvas Coaches to deliver scalable, high-quality coaching experiences aligned to business goals.

Qualificações

• Over 8 years of experience in operations management or related field.
• Experience owning strategy, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead large distributed teams and drive engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own Coaching Operations strategy, roadmap, and performance metrics.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of managers and coaches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and HR to drive adoption of new features and capabilities.
• Define and execute workforce planning, coaching capacity, and service levels.
• Influence senior stakeholders and ensure alignment with Money Canvas objectives.
