Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking an senior leader for Money Canvas Coaching Operations to drive strategy, operating model, and performance for coaching delivery. You will lead a dispersed team of Coach Managers and 40+ Money Canvas Coaches, align priorities with Product and Engineering, and champion data-driven improvement to impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in operations management, service delivery, or product operations with strategy ownership.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership, including large distributed teams.
• Influence over roadmaps with Product Managers, Owners, and Engineering.
• Proven ability to define direction and translate goals into executable plans.
• Experience leading remote or dispersed teams with measurable outcomes.
• Strong track record in employee engagement, culture, retention, and leadership effectiveness.
• Experience driving change, ambiguity, and continuous improvement using data.

Responsibilities

• Own Coaching Operations strategy, operating model, and performance metrics.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of Coach Managers and 40+ Coaches.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity, service quality, and adoption of new features.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and HR to prioritize and implement roadmaps.
• Represent coaching delivery in cross-functional leadership and governance
• Develop leaders, shape culture, and guide long-term Money Canvas evolution.
