BairesDev is seeking a Head of Enterprise Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting to the CMO. You will inherit an eight-person team across three functions and define the strategy from day one, collaborating with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery and Marketing.

You’ll own positioning, messaging, and GTM plans, while guiding the Sales Collateral and events strategy to drive revenue from existing accounts.

Formación

• 8+ years in B2B marketing; 4+ in leadership.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager/Director.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or Engineering.
• Experience with customer marketing, upsell/cross-sell, case studies and webinars.
• Strong copy management and guidance of writers.

Responsabilidades

• Own product marketing; define positioning and messaging for GTM plans.
• Lead Sales Collateral and Copywriting; deliver decks and case studies.
• Head Customer Marketing and Events; drive upsell and revenue targets.
• Build area by hiring and defining KPIs; report to CMO and execs.
• Partner with Sales to close win-rate gaps through messaging and collateral.
