MiraMace, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations to automate patient enrollment, onboarding, and provider staffing, turning manual, heroic work into scalable systems.

You will shape workflows that predict weekly results and ensure CMS alignment. With a track record in strategy and operations at top firms, you will build predictable processes, lead a growing operations team, and drive revenue while preserving quality and urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier school.
• Prior experience at McKinsey, BCG or Bain.
• Strategy and operations leadership experience after consulting, with measurable results.
• Track record of building predictable, measurable systems in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable enrollment and onboarding workflows.
• Scale provider and Care Advocate teams while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to enforce system rigor.
• Develop capacity plans and weekly bottleneck fixes.
• Lead the operations team as Mira scales.
