The Cruise Globe Agency is recruiting for a senior sales lead to secure co-operative marketing investments from cruise lines and travel partners across the UK and US. You will own supplier relationships, build compelling partner offers, and drive campaigns end-to-end with our content and marketing teams.

Fully remote with UK-based preference; global scope and travel required. Market-leading compensation and clear progression paths await the right candidate who can deliver results.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record securing co-operative or trade marketing investments from cruise lines.
• Established network with key UK/US cruise line contacts.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills on rates, overrides and terms.
• Experience creating travel packages; knowledge of ATOL/ABTA.
• Extensive email marketing experience, with large-scale programs.
• CRM discipline: meticulous record-keeping in a CRM.
• Ability to work effectively remotely and asynchronously.
• Ambition and flexibility; willingness to work outside standard hours.

Aufgaben

• Win co-op investments from cruise lines in UK/US and future territories.
• Own supplier relationships across UK and US, optimizing rates and coverage.
• Keep meticulous records of partnerships in Salesflare and related systems.
• Assist product and email marketing with UK-market packaging and flows.
• Represent The Cruise Globe in the industry at trade shows and events.
• Lead industry award submissions and coordinate partner relationships.
