Guardian Life is seeking a senior leader to set and execute an enterprise financial planning strategy across channels and client segments. The role integrates insurance, retirement, investments, and wealth management into a holistic planning model for advisors and clients.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in financial services and deep experience with advanced planning concepts for HNW/UHNW clients, coupled with strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning, or a related field with significant leadership responsibility.
Experience leading planning or advice strategy within an insurance, investment, or wealth management organization.
Demonstrated experience supporting complex high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client needs and building scalable models.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise financial planning strategy across channels and client segments.
Lead the evolution of planning solutions and digital scale for advisors and clients.
Advance planning capabilities for HNW/UHNW including estate, tax-efficient structures, and legacy planning.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, technology, marketing, and compliance.
