Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related field with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading planning or advice strategy within an insurance, investment, or wealth management org.
• Experience supporting complex HNW and UHNW client needs with scalable models.
• Deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, retirement, investments, and protection in holistic plans.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client- and advisor-friendly solutions.
• Experience using technology, data, and performance measures to improve planning quality and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, judgment, integrity, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise financial planning strategy and operating model across channels and client segments.
• Govern planning workflows, technology platforms, service standards, decision rights, and processes.
• Lead planning solutions for complex HNW/UHNW needs and scale digital planning capabilities.
• Partner with advisors, product teams, and compliance to align planning with regulatory requirements.
• Foster advisor enablement, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive execution.
• Influence product development, distribution strategy, and performance metrics for plan utilization.
