Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in financial services/wealth management with leadership.
• Experience leading planning or advice strategy within insurance/investment/wealth management organizations.
• Deep understanding of how life insurance, annuities, retirement, investments, and protection work together in a holistic financial plan.
• Knowledge of advanced planning concepts and translating complex information into client-friendly solutions.
• Experience using technology, data, and performance measures to improve planning quality and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Define planning strategy, governance, workflows, and standards to enable scalable execution.
• Design scalable planning models for clients and advisors, with focus on complex HNW/UHNW needs.
• Lead GWAM strategy, thought leadership, case design, and sales campaigns.
• Establish planning best practices and advisor enablement programs with field partners.
• Influence product development, distribution strategy, and executive decisions using data-driven insights.
