Job summary

Guardian Life seeks an executive leader to define and execute a comprehensive enterprise financial planning strategy. You will build a protection-first, holistic model integrating life insurance, retirement, investments, and wealth management for advisors and clients.

You will drive governance, digital scaling, and thought leadership across complex HNW and UHNW segments, partnering with distribution, product, and compliance to deliver differentiated planning solutions.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related field with significant leadership responsibility.
Experience leading planning or advice strategy within an insurance, investment, or wealth management organization.
Deep understanding of how life insurance, retirement, investments, and protection work together in a holistic plan.
Knowledge of advanced planning concepts and translating complex information into actionable solutions.
Experience using technology, data and performance measures to improve planning quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise planning strategy and operating model for Guardian's client solutions.
Design scalable planning models and digital capabilities for high net worth clients and advisors.
Oversee complex planning areas including estate, tax efficiency, and wealth transfer strategies.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, product, and distribution to implement planning initiatives.
