Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience leading planning or advice strategy within an insurance, investment, or wealth management organization.
• Experience supporting complex HNW and UHNW client needs and building scalable models.
• Deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, retirement, investments, and protection solutions.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into client- and advisor-friendly solutions.
• Experience using data and performance measures to improve planning quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise planning strategy and operating model across channels and client segments.
• Lead scalable planning models and digital planning capabilities to improve advisor productivity and client engagement.
• Advance sophisticated planning for HNW and UHNW clients, including estate planning and tax-efficient structures.
• Partner with advisors, product teams and compliance to address complex needs and align with enterprise goals.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders across the organization to drive performance and adoption.
