Qualifications

15+ years in financial services/wealth management roles with leadership responsibility.
Experience leading planning or advice strategy in insurance, investment, or wealth management.
Deep understanding of life insurance, annuities, retirement, investments, and protection in holistic plans.
Ability to translate complex concepts into client/advisor friendly solutions.
Experience using data, tech, and metrics to improve planning quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, align, and execute enterprise financial planning strategy across channels and client segments.
Define governance, workflows, platforms, service standards, and process improvements for scalable execution.
Lead advanced markets planning for HNW/UHNW, estate planning, and tax-efficient structures.
Partner with advisors, product teams, and compliance to address complex client needs.
