Code Metal is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the developer experience and translate field-tested processes into scalable products. You will drive strategy, lead PMs and design, and partner with Sales to package and launch offerings for a remote US team with 25% travel.

You will shape the roadmap for agentic developer tools, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and mentor engineers and product managers to deliver repeatable, auditable outcomes across secure environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, technical consulting, or solutions leadership and management.
• Track record building tools that speed delivery teams and turn services work into repeatable commercial products.
• P&L or revenue ownership for a product line.
• Hands-on depth in agentic developer tools and AI-assisted SDLC.
• Ability to ramp quickly into deep technical domains and earn credibility with engineers.
• Strong writer and presenter who makes complex technical ideas clear for executives, engineers, and customers.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance if required.

Responsabilités

• Field-to-product engine: Consolidate and standardize tools and pipelines, capture repeatable patterns, and decide what becomes commercial product.
• Build a reliable method to bring product improvements back from air-gapped and secure deployments.
• Own strategy and roadmap for interfaces where engineers build, translate, verify, and review agent work.
• Turn proven FDE workflows into interfaces, templates, skills, and guided flows to produce consistent results.
• Surface lifecycle artifacts and auditable proof in review workflows so engineers can trust outputs.
