Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, technical consulting, or solutions leadership and management.
• Track record of building tools that make delivery teams faster and turning services into repeatable commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience and roadmap for interfaces where engineers build, translate, verify, and review agent work.
• Capture repeatable patterns and decide what becomes commercial product versus custom work.
• Lead design partners and pilot programs before broad launch, and measure ROI.
