Job summary

Code Metal is seeking a senior product leader to shape the developer experience for AI-assisted software engineering. You will own strategy, roadmap, and the team, translating field patterns into repeatable products used by customer engineers across secure environments.

The role is remote in the United States with 25% travel. You will collaborate with partners, design customers, and mentor PMs and designers, driving early commercial releases while aligning with security and compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, technical consulting, or solutions leadership and management.
• Proven track record building tools that speed delivery teams and turning services into repeatable products.
• P&L or revenue ownership for a product line.
• Hands-on depth in AI-assisted SDLC and enterprise adoption.
• Ability to translate complex needs into simple product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and roadmap for interfaces where engineers build, translate, verify, and review agent work.
• Consolidate and standardize tools and pipelines for field-to-product work.
• Turn proven workflows into repeatable interfaces, templates, and guided flows.
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams and customers to ensure auditable output.
• Lead and mentor PMs and design, helping hire and grow the product team.
• Partner with Sales and Growth on packaging, positioning, and launches.
