Job summary

Code Metal, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Leader to define and drive the strategy for developer tools that automate software engineering with trust.

You will oversee the developer experience, guide PMs and design, and turn forward-deployed engineer innovations into repeatable commercial products. Based remotely in the United States with 25% travel, you will partner with executives, customers, and partners to shape roadmaps, set priorities, and measure ROI while accelerating adoption of

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, technical consulting, or solutions leadership and management.
• Track record of turning services work into repeatable commercial products.
• Hands-on depth in agentic developer tools and AI-assisted SDLC.
• Ability to ramp quickly into deep technical domains and earn credibility with engineers and technical founders.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer experience and roadmap for AI-assisted software engineering tools.
• Lead and mentor PMs and design teams; shape product strategy and go-to-market.
• Partner with security/compliance teams to ensure auditable, trusted outputs.
• Define patterns, interfaces, and templates to scale repeatable workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth on packaging, positioning, and launches.
• Capture customer feedback from 3–5 design partners before broad launch.
• Drive ROI metrics and ensure adoption across enterprise and government customers.
• Recruit and grow the product organization as the company scales.
