Job summary

Ethos is seeking heads of delivery to oversee cross-functional programs and guide AI-generated presentations. You will shape steering committee decks, status reports, risk exhibits, milestone reviews, and executive summaries.

This flexible engagement is 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, with $70/hour and ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in program management and proven reporting cadence at large organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs with regular reporting cadences.
• Evaluate AI output and advise on improvements for executive materials.
