Adapty.io is seeking a content leader to build a daily output across blog, social channels, and community platforms. You will own the content strategy, lead a team, and drive data-driven reports that become industry quotes.

You’ll innovate lead magnets, scale distribution, and launch new formats while coordinating with growth. Remote-friendly with offices in Belgrade or London; competitive compensation and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content, 2+ leading it.
• Produced data-driven research reports cited in industry.
• Distribution-first approach to content across multiple channels.
• Hired and led a content team with localization processes.
• Product-minded: create lead magnets and interactive tools.
• AI-native: leverage AI to multiply output while preserving quality.
• Strong written English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a daily content machine across blog, social, and community channels.
• Produce flagship industry reports based on Adapty data and make them widely quoted.
• Create high-value lead magnets: reports, benchmarks, tools, mini-sites, games.
• Own distribution: localization, syndication, PR, and paid promotion with growth.
• Launch new formats: podcast, video, newsletter.
• Hire and lead the content team with AI-native workflows.
• Own metrics: reach, report downloads, MQLs and pipeline sourced by content.
