Job summary

Rugiet, a remote-first health-tech company, is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to architect and accelerate its data ecosystem. You will lead a small, high-impact team and drive the migration to Snowflake, while enabling scalable analytics, attribution, forecasting, and personalization across the organization.

You’ll report to the CGO and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to balance strategic vision with hands‑on data depth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data & Analytics with 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong command of modern data stacks and data governance.
• Experience enabling BI self-service and building stakeholder capability.

Responsibilities

• Define Rugiet’s data strategy and lead the team executing it — from infrastructure to analytics to modeling.
• M anage and develop 2 analysts/data engineers, raising the bar on analytical rigor, ownership, and output.
• Lead Snowflake migration and design a warehouse optimized for growth and speed.
• Establish data governance standards — schemas, taxonomies, naming conventions.
• Develop MMM/forecasting models and attribution reporting in BI.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to enable personalization and ML-driven experiences.
