Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Senior/Executive leader for Data Analytics to shape the enterprise analytics strategy, oversee BI, ML, and AI initiatives, and drive data-driven decision making across functions. You will partner with CEO/COO and business leaders to define analytics programs that improve outcomes and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strategy, governance, and cross-functional leadership with significant scope in cloud-based analytics and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or related master's preferred.
• Professional certifications in analytics, data science, cloud technologies, AI, project management, or BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick's objectives.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on analytics strategy and AI initiatives.
• Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics.
• Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and KPIs to measure value realization.
• Establishes governance for data quality, stewardship, and reporting standards.
