Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics aligned with Sedgwick objectives.
• Advises executive leadership on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, AI, and emerging tech.
• Drives enterprise-wide analytics adoption to improve performance, outcomes, and productivity.
• Partners with leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends via advanced analytics and modeling.
• Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases.
• Sets KPIs and tracks value realization from analytics initiatives.
